Merion is dedicated to pursuing and operating investment opportunities for institutional and high net-worth investors. • Responsible for the execution of asset acquisition plans to maximize value and cash flow • Current portfolio consists of 7 multifamily investments that consist of 1,970 units in Florida and Pennsylvania and 3 single tenant office building investments totaling 50K square feet in Georgia, North Carolina, and Ohio regions. • Collaborate with acquisition team in acquiring new investment opportunities, investment underwriting and securing debt financing. • Evaluate and effectuate hold, refinance, and disposition asset plans. • Direct property managers on leasing initiatives and pricing, operational expenses efficiencies, capital expenditures and cash management. • Responsible for all levels of financial reporting including review and approval of annual budgets, monthly financial statements, lender compliance reporting, asset cash distributions and investor communications regarding investment performance.
