  From idea surgery to developing an MVP, the EiR program was an aspiring entrepreneurial journey focused on healthcare solutions and delivery. I conducted market research on health policy and systems of six different European countries, customer validation by interviewing >50 stakeholders, five-year financial forecast, developed a business case and pitched the idea to an investment committee of C-Suite members.
