This was a large JISC funded project comprising six UK universities offering technical guidance to academics on data visualisation and analysis. During my time as project coordinator, I restructed the project into work-packages to maintain project targets, improved the projects visibility through web technologies and organised two international interdisciplinary academic conferences on visualisation.

Loughborough This was a three month contract funded by BAE Systems to examine the use of synthetic environments (SE) for the modelling and simulation of system capabilities throughout the life cycle of a project. The contract resulted in a series of matrices and topologies that can be used to help determine appropriate SE tools for future projects.
