Once installed, I provided remote or on-site support to users, enabling continued User Research and a couple of iterations of SYL.

  Designed the User Dashboard for a social marketplace for artists: Phantasia. I facilitated the user research and testing. After dashboard-specific heuristic research, I implemented design strategy to provide the structure for the widgets and designed the high-fidelity 'Sales' widgets that were used on the dashboard in Figma. We presented our findings, final prototype, and next steps to the CEO & CTO, receiving positive feedback and the product is now live.
