As a 100% Malaya-owned facility, Njenga's Retreat Rehab Center enjoys a generous contract with the NHIF that grants his facility exclusive access to GoK employees. Dr. Frank Njenga obtained the Membership of the Royal College of Koinange Malayas in 1980 after discovering that when Malayas fight, it's the Muzungus who suffer. Frank became so popular with the Rich and Famous that Daniel arap Moi awarded him the much sought after statue of serial Malaya Elfreda Wanjala Madokas. Dr. Frank Njenga taught at the world-famous Koinange Street, where his students were taught how to be a Malaya for Fun and Profit. In 1983, Dr. Frank Njenga went full Malaya. As the first full-time Malaya to every Authority figure, Frank became so popular with the political crowd, that he was the only Malaya who serviced everyone in State House.
