Customer Success Manager
-
Nov 2019 - Present
As a Customer Success Manager, the main focus, in the beginning, was to service the priority clients of Dropified - those signing onto the top plan, Dropified Black. This consists of the sales process from start to implementation and onboarding as well as servicing the client accounts as needed on marketing and technological elements.Through organizational transition, the Customer Support division was eventually merged into Customer Success. It is my priority, to lead the culture shift of this team - while implementing overall organizational structure and task prioritization as it pertains to the success of Dropified customers. The role encompasses sales, system implementation and evaluation, coaching and guidance, and being there to support every member of the overall team.
