A strategic thinker, Drew really has a way with words, even when asked to write about something completely new to him. Recently, I had to draft a very delicate message to client, who had contacted me about a sensitive matter. I knew Drew could help with this (as he had recently cleaned up a passenger alert for us). Immediately, he came up with a list of the main aspects that needed to be covered in the letter and, after my go-ahead, drafted a letter that was both compassionate and addressed the concerns.

ContentPlus contracted Sounds Serious Communications to review the English-language version of our website. Given his business writing acumen, Drew did an outstanding job of pinpointing what we were trying to communicate in our original text. We believe our international customers will now have a better understanding of our services and how they can help increase sales.

Anna Szabó

Uniomedia contracted Sounds Serious in 2016 to proofread a text for the website of one of our most important clients, Coca Cola HBC Hungary. Different sections of the text were written by different department leaders whose English language skills vary considerably, meaning some sections had to be completely re written. Drew was very meticulous in his attack, making things more fluid, uniform and readable. He is reliable and easy to work with, turning in the deliverable on time and within budget. The final result was smooth English-language content that pleased the client. We look forward to working with Drew and Sounds Serious in the future.

While KPMG remains my client, as an employee I was responsible for coordinating marketing activities with professionals from 16 countries in Central and Eastern Europe. Aside from capitalizing upon my journalism skills - composing and distributing PR and press materials throughout the region - I also got acquainted with web design, web content management, and graphic design. As part of a recruitment campaign for KPMG, for example, I was involved in the planning and execution of a regional brochure - an activity which also required building consensus among our numerous HR professionals and senior management, as well as our marketing staff, in terms of the brochure’s content. In addition to accomplishing that, I wrote copy for inserts, published ads, a Flash presentation and even for web sites – all elements of our campaign, which was a great success. Within the region I am also the accredited global marketing risk management reviewer and trainer.
