  ACCC (Academic Computing and Communications Center) is the backbone of the IT infrastructure at University of Illinois at Chicago. I monitor and maintain multiple computer labs throughout UIC Campus by installing and upgrading required computer applications on client devices. I perform maintenance on university owned electronic devices including: printers , desktops , servers , and alarms . I address customer grievances and troubleshoot hardware and software issues. In addition, I keep timely check on the inventory, supplies and perform lab walks.

  My duties as a Research Assistant include analyzing the effects of the National Mortgage Settlement (NMS), how the monetary reward to the states was utilized, if the NMS had any direct impact on the states’ economies, if consumers were effected by the monetary amount and relief, how the NMS impacted the mortgage servicing market, build hazard models to predict mortgage default rates and if it had any impact on the share prices of mortgage lenders and banks.
