Working within a leading City Law Firm, my main role is to assist and support all departments in every area of administration, with a particular emphasis on all reprographic, printing and finishing tasks. My initial office admin responsibilities include maintaining a high level of face to face client care (at all levels), creating/maintaining spread sheets for data entry and KPI’s (Excel) and processing invoices. As well as accurate sorting and distribution of all internal and external mail/couriers and dealing with all repro-graphic tasks. Core reprographics duties include all print, scan and copying tasks as well as all post print production, binding/finishing, disc creation and electronic filling. Working under pressure to tight client deadlines, first line maintenance/repair of photocopy machines an excellent level of customer service at every level and prioritising the daily work load to suit internal client needs.
