I had the privilege of working with Drew while I was at Amazon. Drew is an insightful and thoughtful manager who helped drive many of our team’s processes. I was always impressed by his seemingly limitless bandwidth for listening and understanding issues brought up by our cross-divisional team. Not only is Drew fantastic at understanding complex issues which spanned across divisions and team hierarchies, he also often led initiatives which improved communication, clarified ownership, and raised morale across the entire project. I cannot say enough about Drew as an advocate for his team. He is incredibly empathic, outgoing, and supportive. He is absolutely the type of manager that would be in high demand at any organization. I highly recommend Drew to all, and hope to work with him again in the future.
