  Managed end to end ownership of Production Supply Chain, planning production assets to maximum efficiency and achieve target levels of output (60 million Litres annually across 300 sku’s) and inventory availability based on the forecast and replenishment plan.Accomplishments• Converted production facility to import terminal with additive write-off of only 160K against a budget of 350K and demurrage costs of 20K against a budget of 500K.• Improved PSA (Production Schedule Adherence) from 62% to 90%, OTIF (On time In Full) misses reduced from 80 to 15 per month, UTS (Unable To Supply) items reduced from 60 to 18 and resulting in reliability on production to the CSC and Sales being restored over a 3-6 month period. • Integrated a new approach to the blend vessel allocations within the plant by dedicating tanks to specific filling lines as opposed to each product allowing production to proceed unhindered when unplanned maintenance or breakdowns is required on a particular production line.• Implemented weekly analysis of PSA allowing corrective actions to be acted upon in a live environment providing a detailed monthly summary with reference to the capacity and forecasted discussed in the previous month’s Sales and Operational Planning meeting.
