Drent Goebel was a manufacturer of offset printing presses located in Eerbeek, Holland and Darmstadt, Germany. I was responsible for coordinating sales efforts in the NA market through the use of direct employees and independent sales agents. At Drent Goebel, we were the first to introduce "variable sleeve offset printing" to the global packaging market as an alternative to flexographic and gravure printing. Markets served; flexible packaging, labels, folding carton and direct mail. I was the English speaking moderator at international trade shows including Drupa 2008 and all North American and European open houses.Although the original Drent Goebel did not last....their contribution to variable sleeve offset printing remains unparalleled by all others to this day. I was very proud to be part of this organization and evolution of offset printing.

Here I began my career in the graphic arts industry as a pressman. As the company grew, I was promoted to Pressroom Supervisor and was responsible for a 2-shift operation that had 7 web presses. My contributions helped grow the company from 500k in sales to just under 7mm.This is where I learned the importance of on-time delivery and the absolute requirement of providing excellent customer services and support.
