  As a guide I interact with customers, get guests signed up or checked in, handle transactions, and lead groups through safety demonstrations. I am also responsible for preforming daily inspection and maintenance on the high ropes course. If a guest is having difficulty with one of the elements, I either talk them through the best way to proceed or, if the situation calls for it, I will conduct a rescue to lower them from the course.
