As Property Manager, I oversaw the ongoing fulfillment of all LIHTC application, leasing, and compliance processes for 140 units. I also restructured the application process to increase efficiency, improve experience, & meet compliance standards. A big component of the work was supporting applicants and residents with housing barriers, including past homelessness, mental health, & financial issues. To strengthen the Y's fundraising, I spearheaded the development of a donor stewardship plan, a tenant giving campaign, and social media plans, as well as assisted with the planning and execution of annual fundraising events. I ensured strong financial stewardship through budget development and management of grant fund reporting. I also conducted the hiring and managing of 6 part-time staff members.
