Sold to Highwoods Properties in 1996. • 1996 to 2000 Crocker Realty Trust, a private REIT with financial partners Morgan Stanley, Fidelity Investment, and Apollo Real Estate Advisors grown from nothing to 7 million square feet. • 2000 to 2002 Koger Equity, a public REIT with 20 million square feet located in the southeastern United States, and Texas.
