If you are a manager that has ever felt "young" people today have very little work ethic and an amazing sense of entitlement, I want you to meet Brian Gilmore and he will restore your faith. As a Content Manager at NextMedium Brian had to wear a number of hats and change them faster than a model backstage at a cheap fashion show! He had to react to new priorities and immediate deadlines for what was often very tedious work-and he did it all with a great attitude, professionalism, accuracy and a desire to learn more. It doesn't get much better than that.

Brian successfully delivered on several projects for me at NextMedium. He is highly skilled at handling complex projects. Brian built our product category taxonomy with a 3 tier architecture and more than 6,000 nodes. He was very diligent. This helped us temendously in avail creation, analytics and competitive share of voice reporting. He is an excellent project manager and a great task master.

Developing unique, unexplored, and objectively delicious takes on classics with the finesse of a fine dining restaurant, to-go! The primary goal of this business is to expose people to food they've never had before, and something that will make them walk away having learning something about the things they love. Some examples of the food we've served include:Christmas Present TamalesFamily tamale mix dyed red, with dyed red corn husks and green corn husk wrapping, inside is a green winterspice molé that I make that levels up your standard green molé and fits the holiday season perfectly. Birria RamenI paid $15 in Echo Park for some top ramen thrown into some birria consomme, so I decided to make it a full ramen experience, equal for both. I crated a "quail huevo ranchero) for it, served it with grilled nopales and corn, smoked chicharonnes, crispy blue tortilla ramen with refried beans, green honeydew radishes, oaxaca cheese. We sold the tacos too and couldn't keep up with the demand, so we're doing it again soon. These, among many others, are a business we run on the weekends about once a month, we always sell out, and the reviews are always glowing. I'm currently qualified for any job in the digital industry, and I simply want to apply that knowledge and 12+years of experience into helping people discover new ways they love and can fall in love with food.We do this on a regular basis based on our 2+ years of recipe development and execution, along with out drive and passion to create what call "new classics."
