I am a clinical supervisor for the internship program through The Chicago Community Leadership Internship Consortium and for the Post-Doctoral Fellowship in Academic Community Leadership. I meet with the interns and postdoc for weekly clinical supervision. Clinical supervision focuses on client, systemic, agency, and professional issues. I think it is important to meet each supervisee where they are at in their professional development and work with them to meet their unique clinical goals and assist them in their development as culturally competent and ethical psychologists.
