Dr. Shah was my Professor at San Jose State University for CHAD 164: Contemporary Parenting. I truly enjoyed having Dr. Shah as a Professor for this class. Her lectures were always so interesting and I loved how she connected real life scenarios into our classwork for the day and also incorporated her own personal stories about her family. It made every topic really relatable through a students eyes. Her lectures were always very relevant and many of our activities were based on real life data she obtained. She was always very approachable and easy to talk to. We often times chatted before class about a podcast we both loved at the time! I wish she taught more classes at state because I would definitely take them. She was one of the few professors throughout my college career that I really connected with. In addition to this, Dr. Shah also took the time to write me a thoughtful letter of recommendation to get into a teaching credential program. She is such an inspiration as a teacher as well as a parent. Thank you for everything Dr. Shah!

Dr. Shah was my professor for ChAD 149 at San Jose State University. Under Dr. Shah’s guidance, I was able to realize the different medians of fun and interactive lessons that would teach more than what worksheets can teach. I remember watching her present a lesson on germs and was amazed at how fun it looked. I immediately asked my fieldwork teacher if I could teach the exact same lesson. After a granted

Amita always provides excellent work, applying her knowledge of the teaching process and in this case, elementary language arts content. I know that I can depend on receiving Amita's work on time or earlier. She is happy to work on a wide variety of tasks, from the more mundane templated tasks to those that require a synthesis of content according to a client's (sometimes vague) request, and delivers consistent, high-quality results. Her great attitude and dependable work put her on my go-to list of writers.
