      As part of the QA team, my daily activities include - Testing Servsuite WEB and Mobile-oriented applications and software components through tasks related to them from different projects and on different platforms (Dev, Stage, Global, Live) as well as specific user DB-s. Depending on the project and the type of task ( Bug / Epic / Improvement). - Using appropriate techniques and tools like API calls (SOAP & REST type) using Postman, - Writing Test Cases and documenting them using Jira & Microsoft Azure with Test Plans which are fully integrated with Jira & Azure Pipelines - Every month I actively participate in Regression testing (Details / Smoke / Surface) as well as the final Live update testing. I am involved in testing of couple big Servsuite related projects like - Notifications Project - Sending of manual and Automatic scheduled Phone Calls / SMS Message / Email Notifications to the customer using different devices Allows service companies to notify their customers of upcoming services via Phone calls, SMS and Emails -ServSales Project - Standalone application that integrates with ServSuite to turn sales prospects into leads and customer accounts - New Form Designer Project - Tool that will enhance the customization of your forms providing you with new and exciting functionality. - For testing Purpose I often used Microsoft SQL Server Queries. My Duties include identifying whether products are functional, reliable and meet the end user's expectations.
