  After nearly a decade of being engaged by one of the world’s largest consultancy, I have changed the environment and accepted a newly established role of Design Group Business Development Director within PowerNet Constructions Pty Ltd company. The role focuses on PNC expansion in the Design space to enhance our client services within the T&D area beyond construction works and promote PNC as a reliable, trustworthy and leading D&C company. My immediate tasks are establishing, growing and providing engineering support for the internal PNC Design team and directing, managing and leading dedicated designers’ groups across multiple disciplines and categories. The constant focus is to manage a portfolio of design and construction contracts/projects, including developing Tender Designs within green and brownfields, from the tender phase to project closeout. In addition, some key duties are managing and retaining relationships with existing clients and identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs.
