During my tenure at 1parkplace I brought their server infrastructure from over 40 physical servers down to a slim footprint of 6 physical servers through the use of VMWare vSphere as well as iSCSI Storage Area Networks. Ability to scale and provision additional resources on the fly was very important to the stability of the business through its growth. As well as project planning and execution, I was responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosis, backups, provisioning, maintenance and all other technology needs as we are a small team. Throughout the years I have developed expert level understanding and ability with all Microsoft related technologies as well as network infrastructure, both physical and virtual, and shared storage solutions. I have also been fortunate enough to gain experience in software development through my position as lead product engineer for our latest Map-Based Home Search product. Show less

Started my own business providing freelance IT services to small-mid size businesses. Many of the projects I have taken on have been establishing cloud-based Phone(PBX) systems as well as helping businesses with existing PBX system port these systems to the cloud. My number one goal was to provide USA-based technology support to businesses that desire real-time communication when requested and IT services that are easy to understand in an ever-growing world of outsourced IT.
