      • Jan 2017 - May 2017

I worked as a TA for ECE575 lab (Experiments in VLSI System Design ), students learnt to design advanced VLSI circuits with special specifications using 180nm CMOS process , they built and simulated different circuits in cadence and then they built the circuits layouts in away that makes them ready for fabrication.

I was a TA for digital system design ECE450 lab, the behavioral level design of a digitalsystem is often performed using hardware description languages (HDLs) such as Verilog. Students taking this lab learnt how to use Verilog as well as Cadence to describe behavior and functionalities of any complex digital systems. The gate level implementation of a digital system is mapped to a field programmable gate array device for verification. Therefore, students went through the entire design process of describing hardware using software languages, mapping it into gates and simulating the gate level design, and finally load the schematic design on to a silicon chip to verify the functionality of the system in hardware. the last year of my Bachelor , I designed a portable ECG monitor , it was one of the best projects in that year, it was working successfully with low noise and great signal . I used pic micro-controller to have interface between the device and the computer, I used a graphical LCD to read the signal. the plan for future work was to send the signal by Bluetooth which will make the ECG diagnosis easier and faster by sending the signal directly to the doctor to make the decision. the last year of my Bachelor , I designed a portable ECG monitor , it was one of the best projects in that year, it was working successfully with low noise and great signal .
