Significant Highlights Successfully improved the compliance of Configuration Management System (CMS) from 60% to 92% in a span of 2 years using lean Sigma methodologies. This resulted in a cost saving of AED 3.2mn/year. Distinction of being a Lean Sigma Evangelist to successfully introduce lean concepts for the first time in IT. Conducted ‘YELLOW BELT’ trainings to around 32 staff across IT as part of the first lean sigma project. Presented a white paper on "Optimizing Configuration Management process using Lean Six Sigma" at the Middle East Quality Conference, Atlantis, Dubai (Feb, 2012). Established value added services from CMS- Monthly notifications for expiring licenses/SSL certificates, EOL (End Of Life) components impacting critical services in IT, audits on relationships and status of services pending go-live highlighting the same to service owners, etc.
