KRISHNAN BHARATH

Yasmin is an extraordinary leader with great service improvement vision, ability to persist and achieve goals combined with excellent communication skills. I was fortunate to work in her team when she was Data center monitoring manager in Emirates. Yasmin had excellent knowledge of the enterprise monitoring system and she processed a keen vision on how to improve the process and services to keep up with the changing expectations of IT management and business. She was more like a mentor to the team and contributed to development of team members. She later moved to the role of Change and configuration manager and played a key role in improving the maturity of the process. Change and config management was in budding stage when she took on and she was able to inflict control to the process and successfully brought discipline to project and operational changes. She has excellent knowledge of all service management processes and her efforts brought the change success rate in Emirates to high nineties. She is a great leader, a quick learner, service oriented and always keeps business priorities in mind while taking decisions. She would be an asset to any organization.
