  The BAPRAS Innovation Specialist Interest Advisory Group is made up of Consultants and Trainee Plastic Surgeons and has two aims: - To encourage and help grassroots innovation in the speciality. - To create a platform for existing innovation from the speciality to be shared and disseminated out across the NHS. We are a unique group in the NHS, and hope to inspire other medical and surgical speciality to get involved in and bring forward frontline innovation.
