Vivian is a great person! Her leadership in our department was unique and it benefitted us as employees. From my vantage point she gave new meaning to the word assertive. As our leader she analyzed the department's needs and took action. Since I reported directly to Vivian, I learned many things in a short time period. She allowed us to do our jobs and held us accountable. We didn't have to worry about micromanagement becaue there was none. She was an inspiration to me as an employee and as a woman!
