  Administrative Accomplishments: - Overseeing the restart of a revised MBA curriculum. Worked on marketing and recruitment for the Full-Time MBA program which was on hold for a year pending a curriculum revision. The incoming class numbers significantly exceeded expectations. - Overseeing the marketing and growth of the Executive MBA program which had seen a decline in applications. In the first year of this role, the class size increased by about 30%. - Working with the College and the Associate Dean to facilitate the start of multiple one-year Master’s Degree Programs. 3 such programs have now been put through the approval process. - Worked with the Dean’s Office and Advancement Office to develop “Asks” and meet with donors to raise funds for scholarships and seek additional support for the College programs. - Oversaw the initiation of the “Alumni Learning Series”, that has initiated the process of lifelong learning for Walton Alum (Mainly MBA). A monthly event is held in NW Arkansas and other locations that have brought in faculty, business leaders, and academic leaders to work with alum on a variety of emerging topics. - Oversaw the launch of the Monthly MBA Newsletter that serves multiple stakeholders. - Oversaw the organization of the ‘Walton Showcase 2019’ event which was a very successful reunion of Walton MBA alumni.
