I have a vibrant private practice and deliver coaching to senior leaders and coaching supervision, CPD and training to coaches. Now on its tenth year, I devised and deliver an accredited coach training programme (EMCC Global EQA). Devised coaching offers to create a coaching culture within schools and multi-academy trusts, piloted with 5 sites. Set up a research partnership of Ambition, EMCC, Leeds Beckett University and two schools to explore ‘the ripple effect from coaching to pupil outcomes’. Research findings will be published. Introduced robust evaluation for all aspects of coaching, at all levels from satisfaction with the coach to a return on investment. Applied for and successfully gained EIA for 56 coaches, validating their experience and expertise. Commissioned and devised an Applied Coaching Skills for Leaders in Education training package, applying for EMCC EQA at foundation level.
