  I assist in the transformation of the Dental Dept at RKH military hospital in Saudi Arabia, I set up Office for Dental Assistants and modified the role of the Dental assistant in the hospital. I trained over 350 Dental assistants in various aspects including chairside assisting, Sterilization, Clinic Coordinators, Dental REceptionists, Dental Dispensary and stock control. I was responsible for setting and overseee operations of 12 Dental Clinics within the Military hospital region ranging in size between 2 operatories to 60 operatories for the Military hospital. This transformation included set up and reorganization of the Dental lab where i served as Director for 2 year and then as Chairman of the Dental Lab Committee that advised and overlook the dental Lab. I set up the Dental Supply Office for the Hospital and was responsible for setting up stocklist and inventory control. i served this office for 4 years and then again later served to committee to oversee the Dental Supplies.Section. This experience has given me great understanding of full operations needed for setting up and operating dental clinics and dental laboratories.
