Excellent team leader!!! That comes to my mind when I recall his name. I was fortunate to work under his supervision when he was Head of the Mechanical Engineering department at TAE, Pune. He has been motivation and support to all of the teaching and non-teaching staff. I was particularly impressed by his ability to communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels in the organization. His ability to plan for future tasks has been extraordinary and documentation is perfect. He also made sure I was making good progress on my research topics along with my teaching duties. I have huge respect for him for advising me in my tough times. For any organization, it would be fortunate to have Dr. Mulik as a team leader.
