Few people have the opportunity to study under a kind-hearted professor who was so involved and attentive to all his students—but I did when I was a student of Professor Jha at Amity University. I had the pleasure of attending the Database Management Systems class of Professor Jha. I was particularly impressed by Professor Jha’s ability to attend to every student in the class making everyone feel supported and heard. He always seemed to understand the student and concerns the class may have and was prepared on communicating it the way everyone would grasp. He would explain the solutions in the kindest of manners and a positive attitude, that seemed to come perfectly natural to him, helping the whole class stay motivated and work hard. Whether inside or outside classroom, he was always approachable. Anyone would be lucky to study under a true teacher and mentor like Professor Jha.

He is very honest and down to earth person. Hardworking and having great skills for higer education teaching and research. Very good and supportive colleague. He takes extra efforts to help students. Hope to work together and wishing a very bright future for him.
