My job is to shortlist the relevant PhD degree holders from the HEC Selected candidates based on the requirements of the Balochistan University of Engineering and Technology Khuzdar. After that I engage with them regarding ambitions and its link with the vision of the University and recommend them for hiring. The placement is for one year and I assign them tasks related to courses, research work and provide guidance and supervision during their stay at the University and report back to Univeristy and HEC in this regard.   I am serving as focal person for DLSEI project for Coursera courses. My job includes encouraging students , faculty members and staff to enroll for Coursera Courses under this initiative. I also guide them in Courses selection and motivate them to complete them in time.

  I have been serving as Associate Editor of Balochistan Journal of Engineering and Applied Sciences (BJEAS) which is a Bi-Annual Journal of Balochistan UET Khuzdar, Journal is in its initial stages but progressing, It was recognized as HEC Category Y Journal till 2022. We have applied for continuation of recognition and application is under process. I overall manage the Journal administration, reviews assignment, collaboration with authors and Reviewers on feedback and related tasks assigned by the Chief Editor. Show less

  I was responsible for implementing Outcome Based Education (OBE) under Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) level-II accreditation for undergraduate Engineering Programs under Washington Accord. As head of committee, I supervised the curriculum development under OBE, Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) and related processes development and making them aligned with the University's Vision and Mission Statements. During Covid 19, I also supervised the University's Learning Management System (LMS) and provided trainings to students and faculty on platforms like Zoom and MS-Teams for conducting online Classes. The focus remained on how to deliver quality Online learning based on Outcome Based Education. The Committee successfully implemented the OBE system in the University and Engineering programs including Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Systems Engineering are now accredited under Washington Accord.   As Director General Office of Research Innovation and Commercialization, I created a policy framework for utilizing Research Grants of the University with my team. I also held meetings with industry officials to create links with the industries. I also supervised the Internship program of the University where each Engineering student was given a slot in industry to complete an internship of 6-8 weeks. I also organized a free medical camp in collaboration with Tabba Heart Institute (TH) in on 28th October, 2022. The aim was to do free heart screening and awareness for Breast Cancer in students, faculty and local community. I was also involved in collaborating with various organization resulting in signing of MoUs with different institutes including Virtual University Pakistan, Federation of Chambers and Commerce Industries Pakistan, Sir Syed University of Engineering and Technology Karachi etc to name a few. Also, I worked for the Lincoln Corner USA which is partnerships between the Embassy of the United States of America and selected institutions in Pakistan. I facilitated Webinars for the students and faculty members with Lincoln Corner officials regarding Fulbright Scholarships, UGRAD Scholarships, United States Education Foundation Funded (USEF) program, Online courses for improving English language skills, debating in English language skills and CV writing to name a few. The objective was to provide students opportunities for International linkages and enhancing their English language skills in different modules to make the employable, ultimately helping Pakistan in achieving Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). I was head of the Board of Studies (BOS) of the department. I contributed in obtaining accreditation of B.E (Computer Systems) program from Pakistan Engineering Council for two years. I also streamlined the BS (Computer Science) program at the University.

My main project was to analyse complex FTIR spectral data with advanced machine learning method for the classification of breast cancer grading.
