Successful implementation and supervision of partnership development with schools and school districts, community partners, municipal agencies and colleges and universities to sustain programming to reach over 5000 students and families each year. Training and Orientation of teachers, administrators and other adult partners in leadership development and program support. Supervise outreach and integration of students and families through home visit, relationship building and evaluation including management of teaching staff for weekly curriculum deployment. HIGHLIGHTS INCLUDE:Managed expansion of programming in 4 new school districts and 25 new schools in the Bay Area over the last 5 years.Co-organized Education and Economic Crisis Tour for a delegation of 20 youth and adults to visit 23 cities in Washington, Oregon and California and meet with over 40 organizations. Managed school outreach for the Barbara Lee and Elisha Harris Lecture Series and successfully –co-organized 6 lectures featuring national Civil Rights leaders with total attendance of over 4000 peopleLed family and school relationships for the All of Us Around the Table Together Program, a model community/police partnership with the BART Police Department to organize and train families to host police officers in their homes for relationship building dinners. Supervised and trained of 10 staff and 10 partner sites for federally funded Oakland Green Civic Campaign. Program successfully employed of 160 16-20 year olds for an 8 week, college credit leadership program.Managed and trained team of youth and adults to conduct outreach to over 3000 registered voters in partnership with the City of Oakland’s Ranked Choice Voting Initiative.Co-Founded and developed the Jack Hunter O’Dell Education and Reflection Center, a 20-acre leadership and training center in Kent, WA.
