Supervised and trained of 10 staff and 10 partner sites for federally funded Oakland Green Civic Campaign. Program successfully employed of 160 16-20 year olds for an 8 week, college credit leadership program.Managed and trained team of youth and adults to conduct outreach to over 3000 registered voters in partnership with the City of Oakland’s Ranked Choice Voting Initiative.Co-Founded and developed the Jack Hunter O’Dell Education and Reflection Center, a 20-acre leadership and training center in Kent, WA.
