Working under Sanjay Sharma was a great experience in Xomox. He has this great ability to delegate and also take cares not to micro manage – but at the same time keeps things in check and is always on top of the situation. While working in Xomox, Sanjay had moved in from a different field and his basic qualification was not related to the valves field. However he had put in great efforts to understand the new product and the market and did not feel shy of getting his doubts clarified from others. Other qualities include maintaining calm even under crisis and also providing solutions and guidance during crunch situations
