  Dr. Sandip Kunar is a Assistant Professor in Department of Mechanical Engineering in Aditya Engineering College, Surampalem. He completed his M.Tech in Production Engineering from Jadavpur University. His research interests include non-conventional machining processes, micromachining and advanced manufacturing and Industrial Engineering. He is a member of various renowned international professional bodies like ISTE, India, Institution of Mechanical Engineers, UK, ISSMO, Denmark, International Association of Engineers, Hong Kong, IACSIT, Singapore, SCIEI, Hong Kong, ICST, Belgium, ESRInnov, France, CSTA, IAENG, UAMAE, USA, IRED, USA, EAI. He has published reputed journals and about 35 research papers in reputed journals, national and international conferences proceedings. He has attended various repute Workshops, International and National Conferences and Seminars at various Cities of India. He is editorial board member as well as reviewer of a number of reputed international journals namely JMCDM, IJANS, IJESD, IJMPERD, IJARGE, etc. He has received various awards like National Scholarship, College Scholarships, 1st class in “Yoga & Physical Championship-2000. He achieved "Best innovative paper award” achieved in International Conference on Precision, Meso, Micro and Nano Engineering, held in IIT Madras, India. He has organised one workshop on "Soft Computing for Real World Application” at Mallabhum Institute of Technology, India. He has published four books in reputed International Publisher, Germany. He has published one book chapter on "Non-traditional Micromachining Processes: Opportunities and Challenges”, and Book- “Non-Traditional Micromachining Processes, International Springer Ltd Publishers. He worked in various renowned research institutes like Saha Institute of Nuclear Physics and RRCAT Indore. He got invitations from USA, UK,Singapore and Thailand for delivering his research works.
