  Major Responsibilities:• Develop and implement training programs for the local level doctors and nurses for better burn management at basic & intermediate level• Build and maintain working relation with the Ministry of Health, Office of the DG Health, DMCH Burn Unit, INTERBURNS,BSBI and other government Hospital for improving burn care services for the acid and other burn victims• Act as “Project Manager” in the project which is jointly implemented by Interburns and Acid Survivors Foundation to to Improve Clinical Outcomes for Burn Patients in Bangladesh by Implementing Operational Standards for Burn Care from July’2013 to June 2016. Major tasks:Planning, preparation, implementation & reporting of Training Programs:• Obtain Government permission to implement medical training programs in partnership with the MOH and DGHS• In consultation with the Chief Instructor of the Course, prepare training schedule, secure training sites and develop list of participants• Ensure supply of all training manuals, handouts, stationeries, multimedia & visual aids and other relevant education materials & certificates etc.• Ensure effective coordination with the chief instructor during the training programs for time management and logistic supply• Prepare training report and obtain approval from the Chief Instructor• Ensure effective and efficient management of the fund for implementing the training programs• Supporting the development of new monitoring and evaluations tools and outcome measures and assisting in the ongoing evolution of these tools throughout the INTERBURNS - ASF project lifespan• Reporting on assessments and feedback on the M&E tools and project strategies, for inclusion in quarterly and annual project reports to DFID.
