I had a pleasure to work with Ron for app. 15 months right after Doxter was acquired by Doctena. Ron was the CEO of Doctena Germany GmbH. I can describe Ron as a responsible business leader. He was able to build up the Doxter business from scratch and sell it to Doctena for further growth - a rare case of a successful exit! In his daily work Ron was always the one I can rely on, whether in cross functional tasks, HR, administrative tasks or anywhere else where we used to work together. I also appreciated very much his detailed understanding of the Doctena business and the market we operated in. What also distinguishes Ron is his outstanding sales and negotiation skills - I heard several times convincing customers to get back after they decided to quit - that’s always a tough task!
