Richard is one of the most knowledgable and well read leaders / teachers I know. He always has a well positioned perspective to share and takes on educational leadership with a passion and commitment. His desire to improve student outcomes through well trained and informed teachers drive major intiatives within our school which are extremely well recieved by staff across all year levels. Richard is a great communicator who presents his complex ideas well at whole staff meetings. He is open to new ideas and embraces them with clarity and acts upon them. It has been a pleasure to have his constant managerial support and guidance within the inquiry model of teacher development I am currently involved with.
