As a regular runner, finishing without injuries is important to me. In recent times, I have had issues with my back, and paid a visit to Dr. Richa (someone whom I had also taught at IIM-B). She spent time understanding my predicaments, her diagnosis was spot-on, and so were the treatments that she advocated. If you are an athlete, or even a professional who spends hours at a Desk, would suggest a visit to her Clinic, so that your posture, gait etc. gets corrected. Keep up the good work Richa.
