If I could describe Dr. Raymond Delaney I would describe him as simple amazing. He is an example for our youth as positive, motivator, and determined to change the Criminal Justice system. His policies that he implemented throughout his career has help and shaped several organizations in Louisiana, Texas, and New Mexico. But most importantly his fight for change makes him who he is today.

Dr. Sarah Renee Langley, LPC

I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Delaney during my doctoral program. He really blessed me with his help regarding the dissertation process. Dr. Delaney was supportive, understanding, and patient with me, and made himself available when I needed to scream, cry, and complain :) Overall, Dr. Delaney is such a pleasure to know and work with. I thank him for his help. I PHinisheD!
