I advise on air Navigation Services Provider in Liability and Regulatory issues. Have hands –on experience with ongoing incident management of Ethiopian air ways B767 collision with Egypt air A320 on ground Cairo international airport, acting as defender on the National Air Navigation Services Company.Member of committee of environment to draft the Egyptian claim against the European Emission Trading Scheme according the international public and air law.
