  After completing PG in MBA I started my career with a Marketing Job in Menon & Menon Pvt. Ltd, Kolhapur. After 3 years of working, switched to M/S. USHA International, New Delhi as Area Sales Executive handling South Maharashtra as territory which was comprised of Pune, Sholapur, Latur, Kolhapur, Sindhudrga, Satara and Goa. Given rise 0f 200 % in the market. After working for 3.5 years I started my own business in Sales. My business was aimed at Sugar Industry and had been selling Nickel screens and MS pipes. After having a business for 14 years I joined education field as Marketing officer in ICFAI National College, Kolhapur and was having a profile of enhancing Admission number with numerous marketing skills. Within a year or odd I was appointed as Senior Faculty in the same organization for teaching to MBA grads and then shouldered responsibilities like Academic Coordinator, Placement coordinator, Faculty guide etc. In 2010 I joined Rajarambapu Institute of Technology, Sangli as Lecturer and then Assistant Professor for teaching to MBA graduates. In 2014 I was promoted to the post of Registrar and got retired in the same position in 2020 April. I have completed my Ph. D. in 2019 in the field of HRM. Title of my Ph. D thesis is " A study of impact of performance management practices on the financial performance of selected co-op banks in Sangli district (MH). As a Trainer I have conducted several workshops on Personality Development, Communication skills and Productivity enhancement for the students, Industrial and Banking employees. Publishing Book is under progress. I have already completed a manuscript of book named : Enhancing Competitiveness of Urban Cooperative Banks which was appreciated by 2 experts and still reply of 1 expert is awaited. International Admissions: I have traveled Nepal, Bhutan and South Sudan for admitting students from these countries to B.Tech, MBA and BBA programs.
