  AL QANA - ABU DHABI (Consists of Mixed-use Complex)Located at Khor Al Maqta Area, Abu Dhabi Contract Value : 1.7 + Billion AED Brief Description of Project: The project Al Qana, consists of a mixed-use complex located at Khor Al Maqta, Abu Dhabi. The development is one of the much-anticipated touristic landmarks in the capital featuring seven anchor destinations spanning over 2.4 km of scenic and picturesque waterfront walkways. Al Qana offers residents and visitors a unique collection of attractions with state-of-the art facilities from waterside eateries, also includes a 5-star hotel, international restaurants and cafes, galleries and entertainment venues, open-air theatre, jogging and skating paths, car parking, traditional souq, business center, health facilities, children’s play area and associated facilities. The largest standalone cinema in Abu Dhabi, the Middle East’s largest aquarium (The National Aquarium with 5,000 M2), first-of-its-kind lifestyle hub including wellness facilities, first to the UAE VR park, kids’ zone, and landscaped community spaces that are aimed at encouraging social interaction. All four pedestrian bridges, connecting both sides of the canal (total 2,200 tons of steel) are installed with advance architecture view. The largest standalone cinema, E-Sports arena, Unique 4,000 M2 area for kids’ entertainment and activity Centre, Waterside eateries and a marina with more than 90 berths/ Docks, 2.4 km of lush landscaped community spaces along an exceptional waterfront destination and running and cycling tracks, as well as parking for around 3,000 vehicles. The project boast a unique collection of attractions from waterside eateries, cinema experiences and Middle East’s largest aquarium to mega leisure projects such as the yacht marina, a first-of-its-kind wellness hub and the UAE’s debut VR park.
