• As a Senior Technical Associate in the Patent Prosecution department, I was instrumental in developing response strategies, filing office action responses for US patent applications on behalf of our clients. • Prepared Office Action responses, response to various formalities for Notice of Allowance, objection to Drawings and/or Specification, critical review of patent applications with respect to the prior arts cited to provide succinct technical and legal arguments towards successful allowance of patent applications. Capable of prosecution patent applications pertaining to technical domains such as Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Pharma, chemistry, biochemical engineering etc. • Preparing response strategies for other jurisdiction patent applications such as EP/CN/JP/KR to assist the Outside counsel to make effective decisions with respect to corresponding US applications. • Preparing PowerPoint presentations on various patent prosecution topics to keep abreast of the pertinent developments in the filed as a part of the training program/skill up-gradation for the team. • Ensuring various application and renewal deadlines are met. • Providing prompt technical feedback to the Attorneys in order to file the Office Action responses. • Preparation of Specific Project management forms based on critical technical analysis that provide a succinct and bird's eye view of a particular invention, thereby facilitating the project management committee to take up further filing of the application in various jurisdictions in conjunction to different filing deadlines.
