Dr. Pauline Hall, an Australian registered clinical psychologist, has specialized in couple therapy, depression, anxiety, schizophrenia and work stress related issues for over 10 years. She also provides vocational counseling for adults and adolescents. Interesting in human nature, I chose to become a psychologist over a decade ago. I believe that each client is a living story. Psychotherapy is a way to enter the story of the interviewee and connecting it to the present moment. When the person realizes that "Gosh! This is how we live" - this is the power of the present moment, which comes from our innate ability. In the Western world, much of the direction of modern psychotherapy has been developed from the Western psychotherapy theories. I am passionate about exploring and practicing the Asian model, with the goal of developing a psychotherapeutic orientation specifically for Asian populations. In addition, I spend my free time on meditating, listening to music, roasting coffee, reading, watching TV and... the three cat masters! Show less
