As my memory supports and recollect correctly my first interaction with Dr. Parimal Trivedi was when I had got a chance to the world of academics. I considered myself privileged of being mentored by him during my long 12-year stint at Sankalchand Patel University. He is one of the best teacher, mentor or philosophers I have met in my life. His professional approach to teaching, research, training and the development of individuals who were drawn from diverse backgrounds and varied professional interests at institute was remarkable. Few could compare with him in dedication and diligence. Academicians respect his insight into the corporate learning & development space and its linkages to the Organizational development. I have personally drawn on his wisdom in Organizational administration, Institutional building activities & Leadership development, several times and have benefited much.
