One of the biggest challenges a professor would face is bringing out skills and abilities of students to establish not just locally competitive individuals but globally driven. It is rare opportunity to come into the presence of a standout aptitude as Mr. Noel Tarazona. As one of the students in two of his communication classes, it was and will always be my pleasure to be able to gain knowledge and wisdom firsthand that contributed to what I have achieved today and would be part of my growth in the future endeavor. Mr. Tarazona has never missed classes without any sensible reason, handling students by implementing rules and regulations in class. Personally, these rules have measured my strengths and weaknesses to better establish a quality performance a student and future professional must embody. It built my composure in everything I do. He effectively developed the course that I must be taken in order to reach my desired goals. His ability to handle responsibilities fairly is one to be commended about as he is also known to be our head department this school year and also has appointments to take account. He does not only take his own point of view without further understanding students' concerns. He made me realize that no matter how well you start something, it could not end without focusing on the process of finishing it. Mr. Tarazona is a person with great perseverance always aiming beyond best results and a well connected professional that always render assistance of anyone who is in need. He greatly appreciated my presence and influenced my work to make the best out of the necessary. It would not be a mislaying to give substantial value to such asset.
