During my time with Gippsland Water, I’ve developed and implemented Gippsland Water’s asset management framework, policy, strategy and asset management plans. I also developed and implemented asset class plans and system plans for lifecycle management infrastructure assets, in addition to maintaining systems interfaces while working as the custodian of asset data. I led the Pricing Submission preparation and achieved regulators approval for over $400 M Capital program. Achieved full compliance with the Department of Treasury Finance Asset Management Accountability Frame Work Key impacts include: ✔ To deliver a collaborative, distributed ownership, real-time and transparent asset management system for planning, delivery, operation and maintenance and financial function for the business, I established an online Integrated Management System―100% compliant with ISO 55000. ✔ I realised a 15% reduction in preventative maintenance hours by optimising between PM and RM schedules for treatment plants and pump stations. ✔ In actively promoting health and safety culture across Gippsland Water, I’ve served as Chair of the Field based Health, Safety and Environment committee for last 3 years. ✔ I successfully delivered a risk and opportunity-based project and program prioritisation tool following a restructure in October 2015, to ensure consistency across the business while managing 12+ employees. ✔ Optimised water and sewer reticulation renewals programs over $20M to continue to achieve organisational KPI. ✔ Chair - Field-based Health Safety and Environment Committee
