As a Cluster Convener (Cluster 30, Gulistan-e-Jauhar), my role encompasses the following responsibilities:Overseeing six schools with a total student population of approximately 3,500, ranging from early years to O level, Matric, and Intermediate college.Promoting a cohesive learning environment by facilitating collaboration and the sharing of best practices among School Heads to improve teacher instruction.Cultivating a positive climate within the cluster that fosters appreciation and constructive feedback among Heads.Organizing team-building activities to strengthen the team's collective purpose and focus on achieving shared key performance indicators (KPIs).Facilitating the Assistant Manager Cluster Operations to provide administrative, financial, and operational support to schools within the cluster.Chairing the student promotion committee and Cluster-based Student Protection Committee.Participating in all promotion interviews for the position of school coordinator and Senior mistress.Achievements: Added one college and one school till primary yearsWon Stellar Cluster award in 2021Cluster has been achieving all KPIs for consecutive 4 years Show less
