Outbound Collection calls – Making outbound collection calls to the delinquent customers in US in order to collect outstanding over-dues to the Company 2. Skip Tracing – The purpose of this was to find out good contact numbers for delinquent Accounts which were in collections but the customer could not be called due to lack of good number. 3. Mortgage – The program GE Home Equity Debt Consolidation Program was launched on 1st January, 2005. This involved consolidation of all debts of a customer into one, provided he owned a single home. 4. Quality Project – Was a key member of Pilot Batch for Green Belt Quality Project aimed at recovering prospective loss-making accounts. This was the only McKenzie Green Belt Project out-sourced by the US client to GECIS Late-Stage Collections Team. 5.
