  - I had the opportunity to serve as the Product Owner for "Signcon", a sign language application that facilitated video call meetings between deaf patients, sign language interpreters and specialized doctors. it is one of the first Telemedicine trials in Syria. This project was sponsored by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), and I was responsible for managing the product development process from ideation to launch. In my role, I worked closely with a cross-functional team of developers, designers and stakeholders to define the product vision, prioritize features and ensure timely delivery of the product. I also collaborated with end-users, including deaf patients and sign language interpreters, to gather feedback and insights that informed the product roadmap. It was an honor to be part of a project that leveraged technology to bridge communication gaps and improve access to healthcare for deaf communities. - As the Product Owner for "Sammat-Hakeem", a medical consultation and awareness application, my role was to collaborate with an outstanding group of software engineers to determine the most important functions, and manage the product backlog. In order to make sure that the application was created to give patients accurate and dependable medical information, I also closely collaborated with medical specialists and professionals. I gained great project management abilities and a comprehensive awareness of the role that technology plays in enhancing access to healthcare through this experience.
